Fintech-IT Group is a Ukrainian technology holding company specializing in developing integrated software solutions for digital banking, e-commerce, and hospitality. Founded in 2017 by Oleg Gorokhovskyi and Mykhailo Rogalskyi, the company has created a suite of products that have become integral to Ukraine's fintech ecosystem. Their flagship product, monobank, is the country's leading neobank, serving over 10 million customers. Other notable offerings include monobusiness, a platform for business banking; monomarket, an e-commerce platform; monobazar, a marketplace for trade; Expirenza, a service digitizing the restaurant industry; Base by mono, a crowdfunding platform; and Loyalty.ai, a data-driven retail solution. In October 2025, Fintech-IT Group achieved a valuation exceeding $1 billion, becoming Ukraine's first fintech "unicorn."
