Gocircl

Gocircl is a secure web application designed to automate the auditor circle-up process in capital markets transactions, enabling legal and audit professionals to focus on critical analysis instead of manual tasks. By automatically detecting and circling relevant financial data within offering documents and filings, Gocircl routinely cuts initial circle-up times by 70–75%, dramatically reducing opportunity costs and error rates. Nearly all initial draft circle-ups can be completed and ready for review in under two minutes. Gocircl offers two operating modes: a deterministic rule-based, non-AI parsing technology that is super fast, and GoCircl AI, an AI-powered annotation engine that uses large language models to perform deeper contextual analysis of financial data, applying SAS72 (AS6101) standards to determine which figures to circle. Uploaded documents are encrypted in transit and at rest and automatically deleted following processing; and when using GoCircl AI, there is no training, fine-tuning, or improvement of any AI model using client document data.
