SurePath AI is a Denver-based company specializing in governing generative AI for enterprises. Founded in 2023 by CEO and Co-Founder Casey Bleeker and CPO and Co-Founder Randy Birdsall, the company offers a platform that enables secure GenAI adoption by detecting usage, mitigating risks, and controlling AI access to enterprise data. In November 2024, SurePath AI raised $5.2 million in seed funding, led by Uncork Capital with significant participation from Operator Collective. In June 2026, the company was acquired by F5 to enhance its AI Security Platform.
