AAA WebFile® is a secure, online case management platform developed by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR). It enables parties involved in arbitration or mediation to manage all aspects of their cases efficiently and securely. Key features include the ability to file new cases, submit claims or counterclaims, upload and view case documents, manage financial functions, and create case-specific tasks. The platform also allows parties to view panelist resumes and rank them for selection. Additionally, AAA WebFile offers a Hearing Exhibits space, providing a secure area for parties to upload hearing exhibits for the arbitrator, reducing the need for hard copies and enhancing efficiency.
