(ARS) that automates the processes of mediation and arbitration, offering a cost-effective and efficient alternative to traditional litigation. The platform is designed to resolve disputes involving claims for monetary damages up to $100,000, reducing costs by up to 80% and resolution times to as little as 20% of those associated with conventional methods. Arb-IT™ allows users to submit claims and supporting evidence electronically, conduct hearings via phone or video conference, and provides a proprietary, fully automated arbitrator selection process to ensure neutrality. The platform is accessible from various devices, enabling parties to participate in the dispute resolution process remotely. Additionally, Arb-IT™ offers a White Label Edition, allowing associations, agencies, and court systems to provide ADR services under their own brand, with customizable features and the option to use their own neutrals or ARS's expert arbitrators and mediators.
