Loupe checks every authority cited in a US legal filing against the source that settles it. For each case it reports whether the case exists, whether it is the one the filing names, and whether the pin cite falls inside the opinion. Federal statutes, regulations, court rules and links are checked too. It doesn't generate anything, and what it cannot settle is reported as not verified, never as clean.
